Single & video ‘Amanti Diabolici’ teases upcoming Alex Puddu album
Following the release of his successful italo-disco album Deliria in the Fall of 2024, acclaimed music whiz Alex Puddu is coming back for more!
“Amanti Diabolici” (diabolic lovers) is the new single by the Italy-born but Denmark-based artist, and it’s a stunning organic electro-funk number styled in a retro 1983 manner that builds on a hypnotic sequence of acid house TD3 bass synthesizer and grows into a remarkable and catchy groove. Alex is on vocal duties, once again singing dreamily in Italian, over a warm and luscious production.
The song was recorded in Rome at The Sound Work Shop Studio of legendary composer Piero Umiliani, where Alex and the band performed and recorded the new album this track is taken from, to see the light in Spring 2025.
