Welsh musician Carwyn Ellis & Rio 18 drop new single / video ‘Olá!’
“Olá!” is the first single taken from the forthcoming album Yn Rio by Welsh singer, songwriter, composer, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and record producer Carwyn Ellis & Rio 18 performing with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. The album is a truly international project, featuring players from Wales, Brazil, Venezuela and the USA.
First single “Olá” is more than a simple greeting, the song comes with a message of hope, friendship and working together for better times to come. The track is accompanied by a cool new video directed by Fernando Neumayer and Luís Martino of Tocavideos that was shot in and around Portela Samba School, Madureira, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
